Tulani
Tulani is one of the office managers at Jennum O’Hara Acupuncture. We are incredibly grateful to work with her! She also came on as Dr. J had to leave the office for a while. She hit the ground running and immediately put her skills as an accountant to work for the practice and our patients. That would have been plenty to add to our team and yet she offers so much more! She even spoils us with her outstanding baked goods.
Tulani tells us the most rewarding part of her job is assisting patients and ensuring that they have the best customer service experience possible. Lucky for us, she’s also a problem solver. She uses that skill to manage insurance challenges and any other concerns that may arise when helping to run our office. Tulani has a warm presence and a unique gift for reading the room. She can often feed off our patients’ energy and if she senses any nervousness, she’s quick to spark up a conversation to set them at ease. Though you will often see her at our office in the afternoons and evenings, she is an ultimate morning person and loves to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. When she’s not working, you she might be unwinding with one of her favorite comfort movies, Love Jones or Rye Lane. Something that might surprise you most is her creative, entrepreneurial spirit: she has actually trademarked her very own logo and is developing a unique line of bags, with exciting plans to expand further in 2027! We are so incredibly lucky to have her warmth, drive, and dedication keeping our office running smoothly every single day.
